Overview
This experiential artwork gives form to the multiple associations of Vessel — as Ship, Blade, Shelter, and Stealth force. People entering the park flow by on either side, split apart by metaphoric classification or segregation. Returning from the landscape, the artwork is an embracing space for people to enter and imagine self-transformation, raised awareness, and activism. To be constructed of aluminum, mirror-polished stainless steel, bronze mesh skin, and sand-blasted inscriptions.
