Overview
filmed entirely in Madison Square Park. Working on the idea of cycles. An endless landscape that meets in the center, moving slowly, where the ideas of nature, history, art, and architecture meet. A changing skyline of colors evoking the change in the seasons, abstractions of city blocks merge interweaving and layering cityscape with art scape, a place of passage, a place of transit, a place of cycles. In a panorama of mixed animated and still vignettes, the passerby needed to engage and detect the subtle differences in the perception of time, as the images depicted the passage of the seasons
Goals
Create a playful environment with mesmerizing images that intertwine with the architecture, offering the lobby different views of different times. The images include both still and moving elements
Process
An initial dialogue with the client and architect, taking into account every single detail. Alas, the client sold the building, and the new owner destroyed the work. I have archived all the components.
