Client: The Trail of Lights

Overview

This is The Dreidel Labyrinth Sculpture © Series 4, which indicates it's 8.5' high x 5' wide, made of stainless steel. This sculpture in Series 2, 16″ high x 9.5″ wide, and in Series 3, which is 34″ high by 19.5″ wide both won the sculpture award at The National Arts Club and the Salmagundi Clubs in NYC, and the Series 2, was juried into the People's Gallery annual exhibit of 2013. It can be commissioned in any size or material.

Goals

This was the first time there was Judaica in The Trail of Lights exhibit although this was their 55th annual exhibit.

Process

I had been working with the people from Trail of Lights about using my Dreidel in this year's event when someone called and said they wanted to sponsor a Judaic themed piece. We were a good fit!

Additional Information

This sculpture is installed on a platform covered in artificial turf and is available to be moved for exhibit or loan.
