Client: Tahaa Empire

Overview

Client desired a large scale sculptural art glass design above his fireplace, 54″x82″ in size. Together they chose this 1st time idea for Cathy. The collection consists of 22 waves, water jet cut, textured, and arched. Hidden standoffs are adhered to the back. A matching template was created for the installation.

Goals

The clients wall is painted deep blue. We needed to camouflage glass transparency by 1st full fusing the color flow on white. We also were strategic in the placement of the darker blues. Throughout the project, Cathy communicated with the client while still maintaining her vision and artistic development.
