Overview
I was commissioned to fabricate a wall piece for the drive through entryway of the Condominium's towers. The sculpture is a 1.2 meter vertical wall piece made of bronze ans stainless steel.
Goals
The main goal was to create a large wall sculpture that would function as a recognizable marker and be aesthetically pleasing to the primarily Hong Kong residents of the condominium.
Process
Initially I proposed quite a number of designs for the sculpture and had several conversations with both the Art Consultant who represents my work and the Condominium's primary interior designer. After reviewing the many options for a sculpture design, the designer selected the wall piece that was finally fabricated.
