Client: R2 Tannery

Overview

A commissioned mixed media mural for the new R2 Tannery development in Milwaukee, WI. The final size was 24′-7″ wide x 14′ tall printed by Mural Provisions and installed by myself and 1000beans (Drew York). I returned after the piece was hung embellishing with spray paint, acrylic paint, paint markers, and collage creating a one-of-a-kind piece for the client. I was nodding to the history of the businesses that proceeded the development and hinting at the future of Milwaukee and the surrounding areas.

Goals

Activate a staircase that doubles as a setting area with something engaging and interesting to look at while people take a moment or call.
