Overview

An Immersive Water Installation

The Power of Water narrated a visual journey of water like never before. The installation transcended the boundaries of traditional art installations and showcased the potential of combining technology, art and education to create immersive, impactful installations that inspire a deeper understanding of our world. The creative brief was to highlight the importance of water and the powerful role it plays in all aspects of our world, illustrating the three states of water – water, ice and mist – and why they are all equally important and worth protecting.

The installation was crafted using Unreal Engine to create a dynamic, lifelike water simulation transforming static LED walls and murals into an immersive pool of water, ice, and mist that reacted to attendees as they walked through it. The environment responded to their movements in real-time, creating a multi-sensory, interactive experience.

Goals

The primary objective of “The Power of Water” was to create a unique and multisensory experience that would educate, inspire, and leave a lasting impression on attendees. The experience aimed to bring employees together and fully immerse them in the greater meaning behind their day-to-day work at the company. The real-time interaction allowed each attendee to have a unique experience of sight, sound and touch.

Additional Information

The over 4,000 attendees were active participants in this installation, fostering a deeper connection to the subject matter. A guided audio narrative followed the attendees as they explored the exhibit, connecting the visual wonder with a greater understanding of the company’s global impact. This memorable experience left a lasting impression, sparking meaningful conversations and connection, and bringing educational value through a narrated journey.
