Nashvillle has seen the wrath of devastation; floods, tornados, pandemics, and families being ripped apart from one another.
The physical, political, and emotional climate of our city continues to shake.
Yet, we stand fierce in the face of all challenges.
As the famous saying goes, “Quisieron enterrarnos, pero se les olvidó que somos semillas.”
‘They tried to bury us. They didn’t know we were seeds.’

“Nosotros Las Semillas; We The Seeds.” is a community mural project that invokes the power of unity in the eye of the storm.
This community mural unites Nashville as one, to create a collaborative work of art.
Canvas and PVC foam is assembled into shapes resembling abstract gardens with their flowers and fruit.
