Create a design vocabulary representing five hundred tribes from the Arctic to Tierra del Fuego. $240 million project (including the new building).
Goals
The goals were for any tribe to see something of themselves in the building and site.

I worked with three architectural firms and twenty-three subconsultants over the course of ten years.
