Title: “Movement of Life” Size: 13’ x 3‘ x 3’
Goals
This public art piece was for the new branch of the Tucson Orthopedic Institute in Oro Valley I wanted to create a piece that expressed the essence of the energy of the human form. In a very stylized design the sculpture represents two figures with a strong visual presence.
Process
I worked with SACCA (Southern Arizona Arts and Cultural Alliance) through which the Public Art proposal was listed and the developer for the site, TOI Real Estate LLC. I designed and created the sculpture in my studio in Tucson.
