Overview
Eagle Spirit is intended for public spaces such as lobbies, indoor outdoor spaces, parks, roundabouts, etc. Winner of the 2014 U.S. Capitol Christmas Tree art contest. Welded carved steel sculpture. 9' tall x 6' x 6'. Created by forming pieces of sheet steel, welding and carving/grinding the welds. All steel. Private collection.
Goals
Capture a young American Eagle's spirit using non-traditional sculpting methods. Sculpting using only recycled steel.
Additional Information
Paula Jensen has been creating functional metal art for clients. This eagle is her first sculpture which she has now gone onto creating more sculptures for clients.
