Goals
Creating an organic improvised composition to work within the formal architecture of the space while inspiring patrons of library and reflecting the energy of the environment were the primary goals of the piece.
Process
Working closely with exhibitions curator of the building, we worked towards setting up parameters to showcase the best elements of previous exterior projects in a more controlled formal settings. This allowed for the improvisation of the installation of pre-constructed wall sculpture components.
This process let the architecture and sight-lines inform the piece making it site responsive.
