A large human figure that reaches the full height of the glass screen is in contrast to an abstracted ariel view of Berkshire. The local landscape has many ancient “Chalk” drawings carved into the hillsides. this image is representative of the local tradition.
Process
Techniques include: antique glass acid etched, sandblasted and painted with ceramic enamels, bonded to toughened safety glass.
Additional Information
I have commissioned a number of local poets to produce work referencing the local are history and acid-etched the words onto the artwork.
