Overview
Over 5000 crocheted kudzu leaves made from recycled plastic shopping bags. This was a socially-engaged installation where I issued a “crochet challenge” to focus on the labor of art. Over 50 participants, some as far as Australia, ended up creating more than 1,500 leaves for the installation.
