Overview
Collectors of Carlos’ work, the Nejad family commissioned 3 pieces to embellish their new residence in Woodland Hills California, these include two paintings done with mixed media and a wall sculpture done with wood.
Goals
While "full artistic freedom" was given when discussing the commission, Carlos set out to establish a close dialogue with the Nejads in order to gain a clear direction on how they wanted their space to "feel", this opened the possibilities to also suggest architectural finishes and furnishings.
Process
In collaborations with the Nejad's environmental designer, we were able to achieve an interior that provided both a serene contemporary environment with a shock of newness.
Additional Information
With the use of his architectural/environmental design experience, Carlos was able to achieve the right balance of color. form and scale. To view more work please visit: beltronicastudio.wix.com/carlos-arechiga
