Goals

This gateway serves as a place maker and way finding structure for the Napa Mill River Front district in Napa, CA. The goals of this project were to signify the history and importance of the location and pay tribute to the Napa Mill in design and materials. The gateway is made from recycled steel from the Napa Mill and features artisan fabrication, custom patinas and painted aluminum signage and lettering. The structure anchors the historic 19th century era neighborhood.
