This piece was created for Hefaiston. An annual blacksmith art festival that takes place at Helfstein castle in the Czech Republic The piece was constructed in the shop of artist/ blacksmith Josef Habermann. 28″W x 50″H steel
Goals
The goal was to forge a large piece for the event gallery.
Process
It was a fun and unique challenge working with Czech smiths in a shop with none of your own tools. Metal work transcends language barriers.
