Overview
Common Thread” is a large scale, hanging interior sculpture spanning over 100’ of ceiling, culminating in an intricate sculpture in the lobby’s courtyard. The piece evokes themes of interconnectedness, strength, community and momentum, inspired by the area’s history as a hub for the textile industry.
Goals
To serve as the anchor for the Gaston Community Foundation headquarters. The Gaston Community Foundation is a non-profit organization that awards improvement grants.
