Overview
This project was designed to encompass the essence of “bringing the boutique hotel experience home.” Every room was designed to be a wow factor with all of the architectural details, lighting and decor to be a work of art in itself. All furnishings and design features There was about 6,000 of custom designed living space.
Goals
The goal was to create a unique one of a kind design experience in this home with extravagant contemporary details that resemble design directives of a boutique hotel. With a mixture of custom made features such as stone wall designs and floating ceiling panels wrapped in mica with chandelier hand made glass globes as well as spectacular art pieces in distinctive rooms.
Process
Socially Inclined Design was mainly responsible for all artistic designs and art specifications in this project. We were able to collaborate with a wonderful construction team who coordinted talented trades people to bring our visions to reality with strategic installations. We selected several contemporary art pieces for several room accents including a great black and white Britto print. After a year of visualizing, selecting top of the line products and creating detailed architectural design drawings we were able to convey our concept to several industry tradesman to build a sophistocated residence.
