Dean Kumpuris was the visionary for Little Rock's public art collection along Riverfront Park. Dr. Kumpuris' Saturday visits to the park were always accompanied by his French bulldog, Boris. Revered as much as his master, Boris has been immortalized in bronze and placed on the familiar sculpture garden path for all to enjoy.
