Overview
41' Tall, Cor-Ten Steel Sculpture
Goals
Integration was very important because the developer knew that he was building an international office park and he wanted the sculpture to be recognizable, but he didn't want a non representational piece. Artorious represents king Arthur.
Process
Raimondi was commissioned by the developer, he then proceeded to make a model which was approved. The fabrication process took place in the United States and was then shipped via ocean container vessel and installed on-site in June of 1989.
