Overview
Books Maze based on the shape of Jorge Luis Borges’s original fingerprint, the Design of aMAZEme was created by Marcos Saboya and Gualter Pupo and after the design was established it was executed with the help of over 200 volunteers gathered together at the 2012 London Olympics to assemble the maze at the Southbank. The end result was 250,000 thousand books piled high to give the audience the experience of being immersed in literature (Readings, Projections…) – establishing the belief that words are the building blocks of our lives.
Goals
