All the lines of sculptural creation that I have developed from my beginnings to the most recent series address topics related to the human condition in a broad sense: questions about death, the power of the unconscious of our mind, morality, perception and understanding of the world, the Eros as creative energy, the awareness of fragility and impermanence of our bodies, the constant and cyclical repetition of events in Nature... are issues present in my works and in the artistic representations of humanity since the beginning of time. . Whether more evidently through the figurative representation of the body or through everyday objects, installations or abstract forms, they reflect issues that obsess me about the human being. I am interested in psychology and philosophy because I believe that the origin of artistic creation is in the human mind. that impenetrable abyss to be discovered, that vast universe. I have especially seen reflected in my nut sculptures the thought of the pre-Socratic Leucippus and Democritus, who had the early vision of understanding that reality and matter were made up of small microscopic particles linked together, giving shape to existing beings.
