Ruth Avra and Dana Kleinman are collaborative artists and sisters working in metal and painting to create contemporary sculpture (wall and freestanding). Their work was swiftly put into the public eye with an invitation to represent the US at the 2008 Beijing Biennale at the National Museum of China. Since then, they have held solo and group exhibitions in museums and galleries around the world. The sisters also enjoy working with architects, designers and consultants to create work for corporate, private, and public environments. The lightweight, multiple panel format of the work allows for large scale installations with ease.
