This Commission Contract provides a template that outlines the full understanding of the business relationship and scope of the artwork so that no one can claim any misunderstandings later down the road. It is simple to implement and highly cost effective. With this Commission Contract you will be equipped to specify exactly what rights are being purchased and what rights the artist is retaining.
