The Arden Place Neighborhood Association in Bloomington, Indiana is issuing a Call to Artists – Request for Qualifications for a site-specific artwork commission. The Neighborhood Association is seeking qualifications from those artists/artist teams interested in a commission to create in a minimalist style, a sculptural representation of the concept of a "constant gardener".
