Brief Description

Project Intent: The City of McCall seeks to commission uniquely designed and fabricated railings / handrails for newly improved staircases and landing within Rotary Park. Although the City of McCall does not restrict any particular artistic content, it will consider that users of Rotary Park will frequently interact with the artwork(s).
