The Seattle Office of Arts & Culture,(ARTS) in partnership with Seattle Parks and Recreation (PARKS) are seeking four artists/artist teams to create four temporary art installations or social practice activities to be sited in selected City of Seattle parks to activate and engage their surrounding communities.
