Brief Description

We are seeking expressions of interest for new permanent site-specific public artworks to be suited in Sale, Greater Manchester, commemorating 200 years since the birth of physicist James Prescott Joule. To celebrate his legacy we are offering an artwork commission for a prominent ‘gateway’ location alongside an opportunity for a smaller commissioned artwork.
