Brief Description

The City of Westerville is seeking an artist(s) to create a site-specific original artwork as part of the the Towers Park redevelopment. The vision for this project is for an original, signature artistic shelter of exceptional quality and enduring value located in a neighborhood park and public open space. The artwork should provide recognizable identity and signature presence for the park with a distinctive aesthectic experience, highly visible and welcoming to both residents that surround the park and visitors, both pedestrian and those traveling by bicycle.
