Brief Description

The Museum, located in the heart of Richmond, Virginia, USA is seeking requests for preliminary proposals from a qualified individual artist and/or artist teams to design an original, large-scale iconic exterior artwork reflecting the theme of science and the Museum’s mission. The artwork should complement the museum’s beautiful architecture and landscape. This public artwork will serve as a new destination point and source of inspiration for Museum guests, the Richmond community, and tourists alike.
