Brief Description

The Elgin Cultural Arts Commission selects new artwork each year seeking the highest level of creative excellence. All public artwork will be cataloged into the city of Elgin’s Public Art Database that is accessible to the public around the world. This round of new public art will include one 2D installation and one 3D installation.
