Brief Description

The City of Glendale Arts & Culture Program strives to strengthen the relationship between people and our shared spaces by investing in meaningful public art for our community and visitors alike. We are currently seeking to enliven the north exterior wall of the Glendale Family Advocacy Center (GFAC) with a mural and two painted wooden benches in front of the building.

Through the work of incredibly dedicated professionals at the GFAC, survivors of crime, receive vital support services that help set them on a path of hope, healing and beyond. Thus, the artistic design should speak to the transformative powers of advocacy and be uplifting, warm and welcoming.

The GFAC building is located at 6830 N. 57th Drive in downtown Glendale, Arizona. The approximate size of the north wall is 25 ft high by 62 ft long or approximately 1,550 sq ft.
