The City of Richmond Public Art Program, in partnership with the Minoru Civic Precinct development team and design consultants, is seeking artists/artist teams to create site-responsive artwork for two significant areas within the new Minoru Major Facility multi-purpose complex: the Entry & Arrival Zone and the Aquatic Centre. Each of the two opportunities have different geographic eligibility areas.
