The City of Henderson is calling on all artist to design and create one (1) unique mural for a wall located inside the tennis courts at Discovery Park in Henderson, Nevada.

The mural area is approximately 50’ long and 12’6” tall (totaling approximately +/- 575 square feet). The mural will enhance the cultural beauty and environment of Discovery Park and support the City’s efforts to make all Henderson Parks and Recreation facilities more welcoming for all.

The mural must encapsulate a tennis theme and complement the adjacent tennis courts. The mural should embody the physicality, excitement, and skill of those who enjoy the sport of tennis.

One artist will be chosen for the project. Selected artists will have one week to complete the mural and the mural must be completed by no later than June 17th, 2024.

Selected artist/artist teams will be rewarded up to $21,000.00 for the selected mural space. One artist or artist team will be awarded the entire project.
