    Asphalt Art Project Request for Qualifications
    The City of Rockville and VisArts will work on a new public art mural project on Beall Avenue in downtown Rockville, Maryland. The City of Rockville is currently seeking applications from artists or artist teams who are 18 or older and residents of Washington, D.C., Maryland or Virginia. Artists must have successfully painted at least one large-scale public artwork. Experience in the painting of asphalt, roadways or sidewalks is strongly recommended.
