We recognize the risk involved in holding an in-person event in 2022, and it is our top priority that we provide a safe, enjoyable, and stress-free environment for all attendees. As such, we require that all participants provide proof of full vaccination in order to attend CODAsummit.
Your health and safety is important to us. We are actively tracking the emerging news and science around new surges and will continue to adjust our plans and health protocols as necessary. As such, the policies listed below are subject to change at any time. Our COVID-19 policy is subject to federal, state, and local laws and mandates, and we will notify attendees of any changes these cause to the event.
Providing Proof of Vaccination
- CODAsummit attendees must show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination in order to check in and receive a name tag.
- Attendees must be fully vaccinated with a vaccine approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or World Health Organization (WHO). A list of approved vaccines can be found here.
- By registering for CODAsummit, attendees attest that they are vaccinated and that they may be required to provide proof of vaccination before being allowed into the event.
- To expedite the check-in process, attendees will be invited to verify their vaccination status electronically prior to the event.
- Attendees can show their vaccine card or official vaccination status through their healthcare provider or state immunization registry.
Health Environment at CODAsummit
- Mask requirements at CODAsummit are subject to the policies of the state and local government as well as the policies of each host venue, including museums, civic and performing art centers, hotels, and restaurants.
- Mask requirements are subject to change at any time according to the policies of each host venue, as well as federal, state, and local laws and mandates.
- CODAsummit staff is not able to grant exemptions to mask policies regardless of vaccination status.
International Attendees
Updated January 26, 2022:
- You must be fully vaccinated to travel to the United States by plane if you are a non-U.S. citizen, non-U.S. immigrant (not a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, or traveling to the United States on an immigrant visa).
- You are required to show a negative COVID-19 test result or documentation of recovery from COVID-19 when you travel to the United States by air.
