Brief Description

The City of Northfield seeks an artist or artist team to design and execute art installation/s, to be located
in or near a roundabout at the intersection of Highway 246 and Jefferson Parkway. The artwork should
include artistic elements and reflect the character of the City of Northfield. The art is to be located in one or more of the underpasses that will be constructed
at this intersection, with the option of also using the entrances of the underpasses for art.
