Rockland County's Art in Public Places Committee seeks an artist specializing in large scale outdoor artwork for a public art project at the County Office Building (COB) which houses the Legislature and Executive Chambers. The single or multiple part artwork commissioned for this project will enliven the front plaza of the newly landscaped area that is the gateway to the County's government complex in New City, New York.
