Brief Description

One stump measuring approximately 14‘5” in circumference and 8’3’ in height is located on the northeast of Main Town Park. The Town of Mead is seeking an artist who will create and execute a design to turn the stump into artwork. Final design must not contain any sharp edges. The stump must remain on site for the duration of the project.
