Brief Description

The Neighborhood Design Center (NDC) wishes to commission a sculptural artwork that signifies and celebrates the Livingston Ave Corridor as the original streetcar line in Columbus. The artist will create a site specific artwork to be located near the shelter area in the center of in Livingston Park (see Exhibit “A”).
