Brief Description

The Artist selected through the competitive process will create a permanent, site-specific artwork for the new San Ysidro Branch Library that responds to the unique context of the library site. Other considerations for this project include (but not limited to): the purpose of the library; its relationship to the local environment/community; and its close proximity to the United States-Mexico border.
