Brief Description

The City of Westerville is accepting proposals from established professional artists to create a site-specific original piece of artwork as part of the Uptown Rotary Park redevelopment. The vision for this project is for an original, signature freestanding mural of exceptional quality and enduring value located in a City park and public open space.
