Brief Description

Through a contract with the City of Houston General Services Division (GSD), Houston Arts Alliance (HAA) is charged with managing the selection process for the commission of an artist or artist team to develop a mosaic or painted tile mural for the Judson Robinson Sr. Community Center, managed by the Houston Parks and Recreation Department (HPARD).
