Brief Description

Adams County Visual Arts Commission seeks to commission a professional artist to create site-specific exterior sculpture(s) to be placed on the grounds of the Adams County Human Services Center opening to residents in July 2017. Public Art will be placed outside the main entrance of the building and outside of the western side of the building. The Adams County Human Services Center will house over 780 government employees and serve over 500 residents daily. Ideal submissions will create a f
