Brief Description

The Mount Vernon Arts Commission is pleased to invite practicing Washington State artists to submit qualifications and proposal for a site-specific art installation situated in the newly completed Riverwalk Plaza in downtown Mount Vernon, immediately adjacent to the Skagit River.
