Brief Description

Open call to profession artists living in WASHINGTON and OREGON. Three finalists will be paid $600 each to prepare a presentation. Commission will be awarded on the basis of paid proposals with one artist selected to complete the project. Project and site requirements: a. An outdoor, visually beautiful work of art that invites interaction. b. Space around the artwork should be left to allow people walk all around it. c. Maximum height ten (10’) feet.
