Strathcona County (the “County”) invites Artists or Artist teams (“Artist”) to propose an exterior artwork (the “Work”) to be located at the Ardrossan Spray Park & Playground in Ardrossan, AB. There are five potential artwork locations for which the artist can propose their concept.
