Brief Description

The Animal Care Facility is being developed for 2nd Street at Woodward, near Rio Bravo Blvd. in Albuquerque, New Mexico. There is a 24’ diameter entry landscape circle that would be a prime area for an art piece. The work could give a message about the happy relationship between animals and people, adoption of animals, or of children with animals.
