Brief Description

**Deadline Extended to 2/26**
Look Both Ways is a program designed by Fundación MAPFRE to help prevent such deaths and injuries by getting people to act with more awareness and empathy for other drivers, pedestrians and people using other modes of transportation, including bikes and scooters. It is part of the foundation’s efforts to support the global Vision Zero movement. After a successful pilot last year in Boston featured an interactive Virtual Reality safe driving game, we’re hitting the road in the Spring of 2021, going to college campuses and high schools in Massachusetts and Connecticut.

Because of COVID we are altering portions of the program that were engaging, including the use of VR headsets and shared gaming chairs / driving rigs. Instead, we are opting for a downloadable video experience and using the power of traveling public art display to change how people think about this important topic. People are inundated with safety messages and have become numb to the seriousness of the issue.
